Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited by local law from using an entertainment fantasy-sports simulation. Cosmo Fame Limited may suspend an account if age or eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Game of the World is a skill-based fantasy sports simulation. Managers draft virtual squads from football (including Ekstraklasa), PlusLiga volleyball, Zakopane ski jumping, PGE speedway, tennis, and esports, then receive points from live match statistics. The platform does not offer real-money gambling, sports betting, cash prizes, or the conversion of virtual budget into currency.
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details and for keeping login credentials confidential. One person may not operate multiple accounts in the same public league in order to occupy extra leaderboard slots. Notify [email protected] if you believe an account has been used without permission.
Each league starts managers with the same virtual salary cap (for example the $100M draft budget described on How It Works). Captain multipliers, bench slots, and transfer windows follow the scoring matrix published on that page. Virtual budget, synergy scores, and projected points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
Fantasy points are calculated from match event feeds (goals, assists, clean sheets, spikes, heat finishes, jump distance, and similar actions). Feeds may be delayed, corrected, or incomplete. Cosmo Fame Limited may adjust a round’s scores when an official statistic is revised after the fixture. Leaderboard positions after such a correction are final for that round.
The following is not allowed on the platform:
The Game of the World name, site design, scoring matrix, and original text are owned by Cosmo Fame Limited. Club names, athlete names, and competition marks that appear in player pools belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify real-world performances for scoring. You may not copy the platform’s code, telemetry displays, or database for a competing service.
We aim to keep the site available during match windows, but maintenance, feed outages, or force majeure events can interrupt scoring. We are not obliged to replay a round or award substitute points when a live fixture is postponed by the underlying competition.
The platform is provided as entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, Cosmo Fame Limited is not liable for lost virtual points, leaderboard position, or time spent managing a squad, nor for decisions you make based on displayed statistics. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not allowed.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, fails the age check, or poses a security risk. You may close your own account by emailing support. After closure, public historical leaderboards may keep an anonymised display name so that past rounds remain readable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
We may revise these Terms when league formats, scoring rules, or the corporate structure of the operator change. Continued use of the site after the effective date is updated constitutes acceptance of the revised text.
